Maintenance, plus measured results before and after service against a named reference.

Repair
On-site repair, billed for time and materials unless your quote states a fixed price. We diagnose first, then quote parts and any further labor before work continues.

The service report
A signed report for every visit.
Each report states the instrument and serial number, the as-found and as-left results, the reference used, the date, and the technician's signature.
